Raised in the rich culture of El Salvador, Chef Tulio came to the United States with a dream of creating a better future for his family. Leaving behind his parents and ten siblings, he began his journey as a dishwasher before discovering a passion for the culinary arts. As a self-taught chef, he dedicated himself to mastering his craft through hard work, determination, and a constant desire to learn.
His culinary career has taken him through the kitchens of renowned restaurants, including The Cheesecake Factory, J. Alexander’s, Seasons 52, Grille 401, and Beach House Pompano, where he refined his skills and developed his signature style.

Public parking is conveniently available near Tulio’s Tacos on Wilton Drive. The City Hall / Hagen Park public parking lot, located at 2020 Wilton Drive, is directly across from the restaurant.
City parking lots are free daily until 6:00 PM. From 6:00 PM–3:00 AM, parking is $2 per hour or $10 for the night.
Metered street parking is also available along Wilton Drive and nearby side streets for $2 per hour. Guests can conveniently pay using the ParkMobile app or at available parking meters and pay stations.
